Payment, Access and Refund Policy
1. Subscription Options
a) Full Package
- Twelve (12) months' access from the date of purchase.
- Includes access to all course materials available within the subscribed package during the subscription period.
- Access automatically expires at the end of the subscription period unless a new subscription is purchased.
Discounted New Subscription for Returning Subscribers
Formerly referred to as “Subscription Extension”Eligible subscribers who have not yet successfully passed their intended examination may, subject to the policy in force at the time, purchase a Discounted New Subscription at a substantially reduced price available exclusively to returning subscribers.
This purchase constitutes a completely new subscription agreement and does not extend, continue, renew, or revive the previous subscription. The new subscription period begins on the date of purchase.
Discounted Subscription Fees
Applicable where the subscriber's next eligible examination is more than six (6) months away.
Applicable where the subscriber's next eligible examination is less than six (6) months away. Access shall remain active only until the official date of that examination.
If the subscriber does not pass the examination and this program remains available, they may purchase another Discounted New Subscription in accordance with the policy then in force.
Nothing in these Terms shall be interpreted as creating any contractual or legal right to unlimited, automatic, perpetual, or indefinite discounted subscriptions.
If this program is discontinued for any reason, the subscriber's rights shall automatically terminate upon expiry of the current subscription unless an alternative subscription option is offered by the course provider.
b) Pre-Exam Offer (Short-Term Access)
- One (1) month discounted access, typically offered before examination periods at 50% of the Full Package price.
- This package is not eligible for a Discounted New Subscription.
- To obtain long-term access, the subscriber must pay the remaining balance of the Full Package price.
- Upon payment of the remaining balance, the subscriber will receive the Full Package subscription from the date of upgrade, subject to the applicable policy then in force.
c) Individual Package (Single Domain Access)
- Twelve (12) months' access to one selected course domain or module only.
- Does not include access to the remainder of the course.
- Not eligible for a Discounted New Subscription.
- Access automatically expires at the end of the subscription period.
2. Nature of the Subscription
Subscription Nature and Licence to Access
The ONE SHOT MRCGP subscription is a time-limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials during the subscribed period.
This licence applies to all course materials, including but not limited to:
- The website
- Electronic handbooks
- Videos
- Audio recordings
- Question banks
- Mock examinations
- Downloadable resources
- Images and graphics
- Future updates and educational materials
Upon expiry of the subscription period, all rights granted under this licence automatically terminate.
3. Permitted Use and Content Protection
All course materials are licensed exclusively for the personal educational use of the registered subscriber.
Without prior written permission from the course provider, subscribers shall not:
- Share, transfer, lend, sublicense, or allow any other person to access the course.
- Upload, publish, transmit, livestream, record, screenshot for redistribution, or otherwise distribute any part of the course.
- Copy, reproduce, extract, translate, modify, adapt, or create derivative works from any course material.
- Use any course material, in whole or in part, for commercial purposes, educational courses, teaching, publications, presentations, artificial intelligence training, or any other public or private purpose.
4. Breach of Licence
Any violation of these Terms constitutes a material breach of this agreement.
The course provider reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently terminate the subscriber's access without prior notice.
- All remaining access immediately ceases.
- No refund, compensation, credit, replacement subscription, or other reimbursement shall be provided.
- This agreement shall automatically terminate with immediate effect.
5. Refunds, Cancellations and Termination
Refund Policy
- Refund requests submitted within seven (7) days of purchase may be considered if no substantial course content has been accessed.
- After seven (7) days, refunds are generally not available.
- Where a refund is approved, an administrative processing fee may be deducted.
Cancellation by Subscriber
Subscribers may cancel their subscription at any time. Cancellation does not entitle the subscriber to any refund except as expressly stated in these Terms.
6. Force Majeure
The course provider shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the service where such failure results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, governmental actions, legal restrictions, pandemics, internet infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, serious illness, permanent incapacity, or any other force majeure event.
If the course permanently ceases before expiry of an active subscription solely because of such circumstances, the subscriber shall be entitled to a pro-rata refund representing the unused portion of the subscription fee.
Such refund may instead be replaced by another mutually agreed settlement or voluntarily waived by the subscriber.
7. Death or Permanent Incapacity of the Course Provider
In the unfortunate event of the death or permanent incapacity of the course provider, any remaining contractual obligations shall, where reasonably practicable, be administered by the provider's lawful representatives.
Where continued performance becomes impossible, subscribers shall remain entitled only to the remedies provided under the Force Majeure section.
Such request is entirely voluntary and shall not affect any mandatory rights available under applicable law.
8. Amendments to These Terms
The course provider reserves the right to amend these Terms from time to time.
Any amendments shall apply prospectively and shall not affect subscriptions already purchased unless required by applicable law.
The most recent version of these Terms will be published on the official course website and shall become effective from the date of publication.
Questions regarding these Terms should be raised before purchasing a subscription.

1. أنواع الاشتراك
أ) الاشتراك الكامل
- يمنح المشترك حق الوصول إلى محتوى الكورس لمدة اثني عشر (12) شهرًا تبدأ من تاريخ الشراء.
- يشمل الاشتراك جميع المواد التعليمية المتاحة ضمن الباقة المشترك بها طوال مدة الاشتراك.
- ينتهي حق الوصول تلقائيًا بانتهاء مدة الاشتراك، ما لم يتم شراء اشتراك جديد.
الاشتراك الجديد المخفض للمشتركين السابقين
ويُعرف سابقًا باسم «تمديد الاشتراك»
يجوز للمشترك الذي لم يجتز الامتحان المستهدف بعد، ووفقًا للسياسة المعمول بها وقت التقديم، شراء اشتراك جديد مخفض مخصص للمشتركين السابقين.
ويُعد هذا الاشتراك عقد اشتراك جديدًا بالكامل، ولا يُعتبر تمديدًا أو استمرارًا أو تجديدًا أو إحياءً للاشتراك السابق. وتبدأ مدة الاشتراك الجديد من تاريخ شرائه.
رسوم الاشتراك الجديد المخفض
10 دولارات أمريكية اشتراك جديد لمدة ستة أشهر
يُطبق إذا كان موعد الامتحان التالي يبعد أكثر من ستة (6) أشهر.
5 دولارات أمريكية اشتراك حتى موعد الامتحان التالي
يُطبق إذا كان موعد الامتحان التالي خلال أقل من ستة (6) أشهر، ويستمر حق الوصول حتى التاريخ الرسمي لذلك الامتحان فقط.
إذا لم يجتز المشترك الامتحان، واستمر العمل بهذا البرنامج، فيجوز له شراء اشتراك جديد مخفض آخر وفق السياسة السارية في ذلك الوقت.
لا يترتب على هذه السياسة أي حق تعاقدي أو قانوني في الحصول على اشتراكات مخفضة تلقائية أو متكررة أو دائمة أو غير محدودة.
وفي حال إلغاء هذا البرنامج لأي سبب، تنتهي حقوق المشترك تلقائيًا بانتهاء مدة اشتراكه الحالي، ما لم يعرض مقدم الكورس خيار اشتراك بديلًا.
ب) عرض ما قبل الامتحان
- اشتراك مخفض لمدة شهر واحد، ويُطرح عادةً قبل مواعيد الامتحانات بسعر يعادل 50٪ من قيمة الاشتراك الكامل.
- لا يحق لهذا النوع من الاشتراكات الاستفادة من برنامج الاشتراك الجديد المخفض.
- للحصول على اشتراك طويل المدة، يجب على المشترك سداد باقي قيمة الاشتراك الكامل.
- بعد سداد المبلغ المتبقي، يحصل المشترك على الاشتراك الكامل ابتداءً من تاريخ الترقية، وفقًا للسياسة السارية في ذلك الوقت.
ج) الاشتراك الجزئي
- يمنح المشترك حق الوصول لمدة اثني عشر (12) شهرًا إلى قسم أو مجال واحد فقط من الكورس.
- لا يشمل هذا الاشتراك باقي محتويات الكورس.
- لا يحق لهذا الاشتراك الاستفادة من برنامج الاشتراك الجديد المخفض.
- ينتهي حق الوصول تلقائيًا بانتهاء مدة الاشتراك.
2. طبيعة الاشتراك
طبيعة العلاقة التعاقدية وحق الانتفاع
يُعد الاشتراك في كورس ONE SHOT MRCGP عقد انتفاع «إيجار منفعة» محدد المدة، يمنح المشترك حق الوصول إلى محتوى الكورس واستخدامه خلال مدة الاشتراك.
وتقوم العلاقة التعاقدية بين مقدم الكورس والمشترك على منح حق الانتفاع المؤقت بمحتوى الكورس، ويقتصر حق المشترك على استخدامه استخدامًا شخصيًا للأغراض التعليمية فقط.
ويشمل حق الانتفاع جميع محتويات الكورس، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر:
- الموقع الإلكتروني.
- الكتب والكتيبات الإلكترونية.
- مقاطع الفيديو.
- التسجيلات الصوتية.
- بنوك الأسئلة.
- الامتحانات التجريبية.
- المصادر والملفات القابلة للتنزيل.
- الصور والرسومات.
- التحديثات والمواد التعليمية المستقبلية.
عند انتهاء مدة الاشتراك، ينتهي تلقائيًا حق الانتفاع وجميع الحقوق الممنوحة للمشترك دون الحاجة إلى أي إشعار أو إجراء آخر.
3. الاستخدام المسموح به وحماية المحتوى
جميع محتويات الكورس مخصصة حصريًا للاستخدام الشخصي والتعليمي للمشترك المسجل.
لا يجوز للمشترك، دون الحصول على موافقة كتابية مسبقة من مقدم الكورس:
- مشاركة الحساب أو نقله أو إعارته أو منح حق استخدامه أو السماح لأي شخص آخر بالوصول إلى الكورس.
- رفع أو نشر أو إرسال أو بث مباشر أو تسجيل أو تصوير محتوى الكورس بغرض إعادة توزيعه أو إتاحة أي جزء منه للآخرين بأي وسيلة.
- نسخ أو إعادة إنتاج أو استخراج أو ترجمة أو تعديل أو تكييف أو إنشاء أعمال أو مواد مشتقة من محتوى الكورس.
- استخدام أي جزء من محتوى الكورس، كليًا أو جزئيًا، في أي غرض تجاري أو تعليمي أو تدريبي، أو في كورسات أو كتب أو منشورات أو عروض تقديمية، أو لتدريب أنظمة الذكاء الاصطناعي، أو لأي غرض عام أو خاص آخر.
4. مخالفة شروط الانتفاع
تُعد أي مخالفة لهذه الشروط إخلالًا جوهريًا بالعقد.
يحتفظ مقدم الكورس بحقه في تعليق وصول المشترك أو إنهائه نهائيًا وفورًا دون إشعار مسبق.
عند إنهاء الاشتراك بسبب المخالفة:
- يتوقف جميع ما تبقى من حق الوصول إلى الكورس فورًا.
- لا يحق للمشترك المطالبة باسترداد الرسوم أو التعويض أو الرصيد أو الحصول على اشتراك بديل أو أي مقابل آخر.
- يُعتبر العقد منتهيًا تلقائيًا وبأثر فوري.
5. استرداد الرسوم وإلغاء الاشتراك وإنهاء العقد
سياسة استرداد الرسوم
- يجوز النظر في طلبات استرداد الرسوم المقدمة خلال سبعة (7) أيام من تاريخ الشراء، بشرط ألا يكون المشترك قد وصل إلى جزء جوهري من محتوى الكورس أو استفاد منه.
- بعد انقضاء مدة السبعة أيام، لا تكون الرسوم قابلة للاسترداد بوجه عام.
- إذا تمت الموافقة على استرداد الرسوم، فيجوز خصم رسوم إدارية مقابل معالجة الطلب.
إلغاء الاشتراك بواسطة المشترك
يجوز للمشترك إلغاء اشتراكه في أي وقت، إلا أن إلغاء الاشتراك لا يمنحه الحق في استرداد الرسوم، إلا في الحالات المنصوص عليها صراحةً في هذه السياسة.
6. القوة القاهرة
لا يتحمل مقدم الكورس المسؤولية عن أي إخفاق أو تأخير في تقديم الخدمة إذا كان ذلك ناتجًا عن ظروف خارجة عن نطاق سيطرته المعقولة، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال لا الحصر: الكوارث الطبيعية، الحروب، القرارات والإجراءات الحكومية، القيود القانونية، الجوائح، تعطل البنية التحتية للإنترنت، الهجمات الإلكترونية، المرض الشديد، العجز الدائم، أو أي ظرف آخر يُعد من حالات القوة القاهرة.
إذا توقف الكورس نهائيًا قبل انتهاء مدة اشتراك قائم بسبب هذه الظروف وحدها، فيحق للمشترك الحصول على استرداد نسبي للرسوم يمثل قيمة المدة المتبقية غير المستخدمة من الاشتراك.
يجوز استبدال استرداد الرسوم بتسوية أخرى يتفق عليها الطرفان، كما يجوز للمشترك التنازل عنه طواعيةً.
7. وفاة مقدم الكورس أو عجزه الدائم
في حال وفاة مقدم الكورس أو إصابته بعجز دائم، تتولى الجهات أو الأشخاص الذين يمثلونه قانونًا إدارة الالتزامات التعاقدية المتبقية، متى كان ذلك ممكنًا بصورة معقولة.
إذا أصبح استمرار تنفيذ الالتزامات مستحيلًا، فتقتصر حقوق المشترك على الحلول المنصوص عليها في بند القوة القاهرة.
يرجو مقدم الكورس من المشتركين، إذا كان ذلك جائزًا نظامًا ومقبولًا لديهم، النظر في التنازل عن أي مطالبات متبقية، باعتبار ذلك عملًا من أعمال الإحسان والتيسير على أسرة مقدم الكورس.
ويُعد هذا الطلب اختياريًا بالكامل، ولا يؤثر على أي حقوق إلزامية مقررة للمشترك بموجب الأنظمة واجبة التطبيق.
8. تعديل هذه السياسة
يحتفظ مقدم الكورس بحقه في تعديل هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر.
تسري التعديلات على الاشتراكات المستقبلية، ولا تؤثر في الاشتراكات التي تم شراؤها بالفعل، إلا إذا تطلبت الأنظمة واجبة التطبيق خلاف ذلك.
تُنشر أحدث نسخة من هذه السياسة على الموقع الرسمي للكورس، ويبدأ العمل بها من تاريخ نشرها.
يجب طرح أي أسئلة أو استفسارات تتعلق بهذه السياسة قبل شراء الاشتراك.
