ONE SHOT MRCGP Courses – Payment Access and Refund Policy
1. Subscription Options
The ONE SHOT MRCGP course is offered through the following subscription options:
a) Full Package Offer
- 12 months access from the date of purchase.
- Optional extension:
- USD 10 for 6 months, or
- USD 5 if the nearest exam sitting is less than 6 months away (access will be limited until that exam date).
- Extensions may be offered multiple times at the discretion of the course provider.
Extension Scenarios (For Clarification):
- If the nearest exam sitting is more than 6 months away, the extension fee is USD 10 and access will be granted for a full 6 months.
- If the nearest exam sitting is less than 6 months away, the extension fee is USD 5 and access will be granted only until the date of that exam.
- If the user requires continued access after the exam, a new extension may be requested according to the applicable policy at that time.
- The determination of the nearest exam sitting is based on the official exam schedule relevant to the user’s selected pathway.
b) Pre-Exam Offer (Short-Term Access)
- 1-month discounted access (50% of the full course fee), typically offered before exam periods.
- This offer is non-extendable once expired.
- To continue access after this period, the user must pay the remaining 50% of the full course fee.
- Upon completing the full payment, the user will receive access equivalent to the Full Package Offer (remaining period adjusted accordingly), after which extensions may apply as per policy.
c) Individual Package (Single Domain Access)
- 12 months access limited to one specific domain/module of the course.
- This package does not include any extension options.
- Access will automatically end at the completion of the 12-month period.
- This package is separate from the Full Package Offer and does not grant access to the full course.
d) Future Subscription Options
- Any additional subscription durations or package types introduced will be subject to updated terms and conditions, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.
2. Nature of Service
The course provides educational support and guidance only. It does not guarantee exam success, certification, or passing outcomes.
3. “Until Success” Clarification
Any references to continued access or support until exam success are not contractual obligations.
They are goodwill-based support options and may be modified, limited, or withdrawn at any time.
4. Service Modification, Suspension, or Interruption
The course provider reserves the right to modify, suspend, discontinue, or interrupt any part of the service at any time due to circumstances outside its control or operational requirements. Such interruption may be temporary or permanent.
In such cases, reasonable efforts may be made to restore the service, provide alternative arrangements, or offer partial compensation, where applicable. Any compensation will be assessed fairly based on the remaining unused access period.
5. Refund Policy
- Refund requests within 7 days of purchase may be considered if minimal content has been accessed.
- After 7 days, fees are generally non-refundable due to the digital nature of the service.
- In the event of full service discontinuation, partial refunds may be issued on a pro-rata basis.
6. Early Termination by User
If a user chooses to stop using the course before the subscription period ends, no refunds or credits will be issued.
7. Access, Updates, and Content Availability
Access to course materials is limited to the subscription period only. Content availability may change over time and is not guaranteed to remain identical throughout the subscription.
- Any updates or modifications to existing content are provided free of charge.
- Any newly added, separate, or substantially new content may require an additional fee for access.
8. Extension Eligibility and Pricing Updates
- Extension fees are subject to periodic updates.
- For subscriptions purchased before September 2025, extension fees may remain at USD 5 per 6 months, where applicable.
- For subscriptions purchased from September 2025 onward, the extension fee is USD 10 per 6 months.
- From September 2026, the extension fee will be standardized at USD 10 per 6 months for all users.
9. Access After Passing the Exam
Users who have passed the exam may still request extensions under the same conditions and pricing, subject to availability and compliance with course policies.
10. Intellectual Property and Account Use
Access to the course is strictly personal.
- Sharing login details, distributing content, or allowing access to third parties is strictly prohibited.
- Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund.
11. Installment Payment Terms
Where payment is made in installments:
- The user is required to pay all agreed installments on time.
- Failure to pay any installment without prior communication and a valid reason may result in immediate suspension or termination of course access.
- All amounts previously paid are non-refundable.
- Access will only be restored upon full settlement of any outstanding balance, subject to provider approval.
12. Policy Updates and Applicability
This policy may be updated from time to time.
- Updated terms shall apply to both new and existing users.
- Users will be notified of significant changes through appropriate communication channels.
- Continued use of the service after such notification shall be considered as acceptance of the updated terms.
- If a user has any questions or concerns regarding the updates, they are encouraged to contact the course provider directly.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the course, users agree to these terms and acknowledge that access is subject to change based on circumstances beyond the provider’s control.
